4 countries have openly stated they are mining #bitcoin.

These nation states possess the ability to monetize stranded and excess energy (predominantly renewable and nuclear sources). El Salvador, for example, uses geothermal energy captured from its volcanoes to mine bitcoin.

It goes without saying that bitcoin is now the reserve asset on the balance sheets of these sovereigns. The race to adopt bitcoin at the sovereign level can only accelerate from hereon. This train cannot be stopped.
